The STOXX Optimised Retail, tracks the performance of companies operating in the retail industry sector across 16 European countries including Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. The companies are selected based on equity turnover value and availability to borrow stock.
